Major Mechanical renovations were secondary to the building modifications
specified on this project. The building and some of the viewing areas were modified
to make them accessible to handicapped persons. Concrete-lined trenches were created
to carry the new refrigeration lines under a new concrete ring slab. Anew dasher
board and plexiglas system were erected during the final construction phase. |
The Patrick Lyndon School

The Lyndon School was reopened by the City after years of being closed.
The alterations necessary to reopen included a new roof, windows, bathrooms,
masonry, and painting, as well as major mechanical and electrical upgrades. A
